Grimes Mediation Group LLC
Grimes Mediation Group was founded in 2022 to help address the myriad of contested cases involving individuals, families, and businesses, who are sorely in need of resolving their matters outside of the court system. Drawing upon his forty-plus years of training as an attorney, a quarter century of which he served as a county and circuit court judge, he initially launched a career as a family mediator in 2014.

He put that part of his career on hold to serve as General Counsel and later as the Interim President of Bethune Cookman University. After leaving Bethune Cookman in 2019, he partnered with Attorney Christopher Monts in the development of the Monts Law Firm of Lake Mary and the Monts-Grimes office located in Daytona Beach. The mediation practice was renewed and expanded in 2022.
